SF based artist/illustrator Jeremy Fish. He recently had a solo show in SF at Fifty24SF called "Ghost of the Barbary Coast", illustrating history/tales of SF. Wasn't there for the art show, but thanks to the internet, I was able to view most of the pieces.
Anyways, I think he does incredible murals. His artwork is crisp, clean, and it looks so simple. What really got me interested in his artwork is his simplicity, flat colors, and beautiful bold outlines. And it just seems like he can do so much with 2-3 colors and a nice fat marker.
And here is a nice time lapse video that shows his progress of his recent mural for Fecal Face. Enjoy!
